Gold Support Membership

  • $125.00/month - first user
  • $49.00/month - each additional user

When you enroll in the Gold Support membership, you get a access to our Support Team with our end user online support system Explorer Incident Tracking.

  • Access our Support Team via email, telephone, fax, voice mail, and from the accounting application.
  • Enter work orders directly into our system for our Support Team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payroll Support Membership

  • $125.00/month 

Designed for those customers processing payroll, Payroll Support gives you assistance specifically related to the Payroll module in eExplorer.  With the Payroll Support Membership you never have to update your Tax Tables again.  This is kept up-to-date automatically by eExplorer.
